Over the last couple of months, the support team have migrated to an online Helpdesk portal. The portal includes a significant number of self-help resources such as software downloads, videos and FAQs.
While we have something new, the best way to get support is still to email GIS-PAX at firstname.lastname@example.org. The email@example.com email will continue to be monitored by the GIS-PAX Support team.
What is New?
The new Helpdesk website includes:
- Solutions with video tutorials, common How To topics and frequently asked questions.
- Forum for customers with Ian’s Couch, Ask Ian a Question, GIS-PAX Community forum, as well as customer specific forum.
- Tickets are the new name for support calls. When you are logged in to Helpdesk, you can see a history of tickets raised by you and your colleagues as well as lodge a new support ticket.
All replies from the Helpdesk will come from the firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
Getting a Login
The GIS-PAX Helpdesk site is open to all existing customers. To obtain a login, email email@example.com from your Company email address. You will be sent an invitation.
